AREAS OF FOCUS

Anxiety & Chronic Worry

Support for racing thoughts, overthinking, sleep disruption, and persistent tension. Treatment focuses on identifying patterns, building regulation skills, and creating steadier responses to stress.

Depression Mild to Moderate
Support for low mood, irritability, discouragement, and reduced motivation. Therapy focuses on cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, and restoring stability. Severe or high risk presentations may require higher levels of care.

Attachment & Relationship Patterns
Exploring dating dynamics, communication breakdown, recurring relational themes, rejection sensitivity, and boundary development. The work focuses on relational clarity and emotional steadiness.

Parenting Support &Child Adjustment
Guidance for parents navigating school anxiety, behavioral concerns, emotional regulation challenges, and family transitions. Child sessions may be included when appropriate for ages 6 to 17. The primary focus remains strengthening parental clarity and structure.

ADHD & Executive Functioning
Support with organization, emotional impulsivity, task follow through, and identity development related to ADHD. Emphasis is placed on sustainable systems rather than temporary motivation.

Burnout & Role Overload
Addressing chronic exhaustion resulting from responsibility, invisible labor, and sustained pressure. Treatment focuses on boundaries, pacing, and recalibrating expectations.

Life Transitions
Support through breakups, divorce, relocation, career changes, identity shifts, and evolving family roles.

Identifying and restructuring internal belief systems that shape self perception and relationship patterns.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Your first appointment is an intake session, which gives us time to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what you’ve been dealing with recently, and what you hope to get out of the process.

Sessions are 53 minutes and take place through secure video telehealth, so you can join from wherever you feel most comfortable.

After the intake, sessions focus on structured conversations, practical tools, and reflection between sessions to help you understand patterns and move forward in ways that feel more manageable.
